My favorite art material is drawing on a sketchbook because I draw what I feel like drawing. It shows me how I'm feeling or drawing just for fun. I would describe my artwork in and e-mail by posting or send a link to my artwork from my facebook or in my folder. I dont show a lot of my artwork on online because I dont want people to steal my artwork. I would describe that i draw in notebooks often.
What influences my artwork are my feelings. I've been drawing since i started in preschool. The first drawing was an happy feeling, not bad feelings. As I grew up, my feelings changed a lot. That's how i can draw better and can imagine more pictures in my mind without even closing my eyes. You could say that I am a deep thinker and artist at the same time. It's how I managed my drawings getting better and better by a day.
The best thing at being an artist, you can learn how to draw in many vary ways. For example, you can draw upside down, start at the top of the object, person, or an animal and more. It helped me a lot but I still draw slow at times. I don't like to rush drawing. It ruins my way of drawing.
The most challenging about being an artist was drawing shadows, people, and animals. It's not easy to draw. It's mostly likely to become an expert artist to draw things like that. But that's not only why I can't draw. It just seems impossible for me to draw those things. But I just know it just takes practices. I begin a piece of my artwork is by starting at the top without any body, just lines. Then i draw from the bottom. Now, I am having hard time describing of how I begin my artwork.
"Turned out really well" means you have improved your drawing skills and learned well from your art teacher or yourself. Some people can do well at drawing and increasing their skills on drawing on their own. Some people learned from their art teacher. It's not a bad thing.
I want their honesty truth and feelings toward about my artwork. I don't want any rude comments about my artwork.
Awesome artist statement!!!!
